Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

We integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into our treatment program to provide clients with the tools they need to manage the complex interplay of trauma, addiction, and emotional distress. DBT is a skill-based therapy that helps individuals develop healthier ways to cope with intense emotions, manage cravings, and respond to triggers in a balanced, constructive manner.

Our DBT group focuses specifically on trauma and addiction, offering a supportive environment where clients can learn and practice key DBT skills such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. These skills are vital for managing the emotional challenges that often accompany recovery, including past trauma, anxiety, and depression.
